When you call a phone line answered by NextJobBooked, we collect the phone number you call from, the audio of the call and its transcript, and the details you provide to schedule service (name, service address, description of the problem, preferred time). Calls may be recorded and transcribed; the greeting tells you so at the start of the call, and you may ask the assistant not to record, in which case it will take a callback number only. When you text one of our numbers, we collect your mobile number and the content of your message.
To answer the call, schedule and dispatch the service you requested, send you transactional text messages about that request, and let the business you called review the call. We use the information for no other purpose.
We send text messages only to people who have contacted us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Call details are shared with the business whose line you called so they can serve you. We use Telnyx to carry calls and messages and Microsoft Azure to host our systems; these providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We do not sell personal information.
Call recordings and transcripts are kept for the period the business we serve requires, and demo-line call records for 7 days, after which they are deleted.
To opt out of texts, reply STOP. To request deletion of your information or ask a question, email [email protected].
