Effective September 30, 2026. NextJobBooked is a service of Plannet Technologies, Inc. ("we"), provided to businesses that subscribe to it ("clients") and used by people who call or text a client's phone line ("callers").
NextJobBooked answers inbound calls with an automated assistant, captures service requests, offers appointment windows from the client's schedule, sends transactional text messages, and transfers urgent calls to the client's designated on-call contact. The assistant does not diagnose problems, quote repair prices, or promise arrival times. In an emergency involving gas, smoke, fire, or medical need, callers should contact 911 or their utility directly; the assistant will say so.
Messages are sent only to callers who have contacted a NextJobBooked line first. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS Program Terms.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed. The greeting discloses this at the start of the call. If you do not consent, say so and the assistant will take only a callback number. Recording consent language is under legal review and may change.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, fees, schedules, and emergency instructions they provide, and for honoring appointments the assistant books on their behalf.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plannet Technologies, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
